摘要: Data collected from field studies and experiments conducted in Washington State vineyards hop yards during 2001-2005 indicate that the multiple use of sulfur as a tool to manage powdery mildew, has an adverse impact on biological control spider mites. In there appears be positive correlation between frequency applications mite population densities. Multiple (>4) can result outbreaks requiring control. Similarly, replicated vineyard yard experiments, increased populations. Conversely, predatory (Phytoseiidae) populations are smaller sulfur- exposed hops grapes than non-exposed plants, it is likely suppression phytoseiid by contributes grapes.
