摘要: PURPOSE To determine the efficacy of asking people to add fiber, exercise, and stress management their lifestyles enhance markers wellness aging. METHODS A 10-week, randomized control study conducted in a center St Petersburg, Florida. Participants were adults aged 21 65 years who exercised fewer than 3 days per week. Fifty-six subjects or an intervention group. Subjects followed diet with > 30 g fiber 24 5 6 days/week lost 4.8 kg 4.1 body fat. Also, group, several cognitive scores showed statistically significant improvements from baseline: mental speed (4.6%, P = .014), reaction time (4.5%, .023), flexibility (11.7%, .019), but none these changes was independent t testing when compared CONCLUSIONS high low saturated fat combined strength training, aerobic activity, activities improves fitness
