摘要: Inclusion behavior like nucleation, diffusional growth, coagulation and removal in steel refining are complicated process, whereas mathematical simulation makes it possible to describe each detail. Many works have been performed respect of the individual mechanism inclusion behavior. However, whole is not clearly understood yet, especially, an experimental evaluation combined phenomena has carried out sufficiently until now. In this study, a cold model experiment bubble flotation accompanied by polystyrene particle electrolyte solution conducted agitated vessel under turbulent flow condition. addition, empirical equation proposed from observed results water experiment. This with population balance on coagulation, rates predicted. Furthermore, correction adopted Nakaoka et al. Resultantly, linear coupling verified its applicability prediction time dependence number density size distributions various conditions.
