摘要: Two glucosamine-containing gangliosides, sialosylhexaglycosylceramides, were isolated from bovine erythrocyte membranes. Both gangliosides hydrolyzed by neuraminidase Clostridium perfringens to become neutral hexaglycosylceramides. Based on the results of sequential enzymatic hydrolysis and gas chromatography-mass spectrometric analyses methylated sugars, structures these two shown be NeuAcalpha2 leads 3Galbeta1 4GlcNAcbeta1 4Glc-ceramide NeuGcalpha2 4Glc-ceramide, respectively. In addition, N-acetyl- N-glycolylneuraminosyllacto-N-neotetraosylceramides, N-glycolylneuraminosyllactosylceramides also found in erythrocytes. The predominant fatty acids C 22:0 24:0. C-18 sphingosine was major base detected.
