摘要: The large-scale production of graphene via a simple approach is the key factor to be introduced into the industrial applications such as energy conversion, storage materials and optical electronics. In this letter, rapid facile synthesize high quality layers with large mass production has been developed. method depends on intercalation graphite flakes with tartaric acid. treated subjected thermal shock at 750 degrees C for 60 s followed by solvothermal treatment in presence isopropanol 400 2 h. produced graphene have an average thickness 0.53 nm which depicted monolayer graphene. FT-IR Raman spectroscopy confirmed that produced very low surface defects compared reported approaches. XPS spectra revealed of the contains only 6 at% oxygen, better than reduced graphene by conventional methods. This novel will open new avenue scalable high quality monolayer
