摘要: Abstract A hot-wire type flow sensor, as one arm of Wheatstone's bridge, is proposed using gold plated tungsten wire with innovative base material (soft ferrite) and geometry to enhance the mechanical stability lifetime. The bridge excitation current varied from 100 210 mA performance tested air a gas. sensor calibrated for hydrogen (H 2 ) carbon dioxide (CO ). King's formula, which comprehensively used in anemometry, verified both gases. gas having higher thermal conductivity lower molecular weight gives better response. This can be analyzer. Response time this few seconds. repeatability accuracy within ±1 ±2% full range (1–14 lpm), respectively.
