摘要: By using the electrochemical frequency modulation (EFM) technique, non-linear behavior of a corroding system is measured. This likely to be different for undergoing uniform or pitting corrosion. The implementation EFM technique detect corrosion has been investigated by observing fluctuations in so-called causality factors. These factors, resulting from an test and ideal case having values 2 3, respectively, are normally used quality data validation purposes. While investigating corrosion, they show leading CPT (critical temperature) detection.
