Low-energy electron diffraction for surface structure analysis

摘要: Recent progress in the theory of low-energy electron diffraction is reviewed. It shown, to what extent can already extract information about structure solid surfaces out experimental results. The kinematic, multiple-scattering and data-averaging approach are discussed.
