The blue bronze K0.3MoO3: A new one-dimensional conductor

摘要: Abstract The optical reflectivity of the blue bronze K 0.3 MoO 3 has been measured on single crystals for photon energies between 0.03 and 12 eV at temperatures from 10 to 300 using polarized light. data are interpreted that this compound is a one-dimensional conductor above 180 metal-semiconductor transition due Peierls type transition, leading gap 0.15 in density states.
