摘要: Tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy is a vibrational with hitherto unprecedented sensitivity and spatial resolution. Since the enhancement mainly provided by near-field excited at apex of suitable tip, TERS appears to be widely applicable microscopy tool, in contrast its parents, surface-enhanced (SERS) scanning optical (SNOM). TER scattering has been observed for number molecules adsorbed various substrates, including single-crystalline metal surfaces, showing thereby more than million-fold scattering. It important note that field-enhancement provides, beyond TERS, promising avenues applications other techniques, such as tip-enhanced CARS, two-photon fluorescence infrared scattering-type microscopy.
