摘要: The replicability of dipole localizations between sessions in an unselected group subjects was studied. Auditory evoked magnetic fields (AEMFs) response to contralaterally and ipsilaterally presented 1 kHz tone bursts were recorded from the right hemisphere 12 with normal hearing two replicate several days apart. Three long-latency components AEMF studied, occurring at latencies near 50 msec (P1m), 100 (N1m) 165 (P2m). A spherical model head used fit equivalent-current dipoles data. Statistical analysis parameters revealed virtually no differences testing sessions. variability had a mean absolute difference 3 10 mm for spatial parameters. Comparison showed that there replicable, but nonsignificant, trend location N1m contralateral vs. ipsilateral stimulation, statistically significant confirmation P2m is located anterior stimulation. Magnetic resonance images each subject locate primary auditory cortex Sylvian fissure.
