摘要: AbstractThe structure and ultrastructure were studied of 48 specimens from cases congenital ureteropelvic junction obstructions primary obstructive megaureters. Under light microscopy a spectrum findings occurs, extending the nearly normal to clearly abnormal segments. However, under electron there consistent abnormalities: 1) excessive collagen fibers between around muscle cells 2) group compromised proximal collagenous segment. These are responsible for functional discontinuity via nexus indistensibility pathologic areas. The high resolution microscope allows clearer definition these impact on surgical remodeling is discussed.
