摘要: Nafamostat mesilate (NM) is a synthetic protease inhibitor that capable of inhibiting the various coagulation factors such as factor VIIa and thrombin. To determine whether NM may also be useful in treating adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) related sepsis, we investigated effect on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced pulmonary vascular injury rats. The intraperitoneal administration prevented abnormalities induced by LPS. DEGR-factor VIIa, selective abnormalities, but not injury, did reduce LPS-induced increase accumulation leukocytes. inhibit plasma concentration tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) observed after function activated neutrophils vitro. Plasma values total serum hemolytic complement (CH50) were markedly decreased inhibited decrease CH50 values. Findings suggest well former independent anticoagulant dependent inhibitory activation system rats administered
