摘要: Since the beginning of space age, main actors in exploration have been governmental agencies, enabling a privileged access to space, but with very restricted and rare missions. The last decade has seen rise tourism, founding ambitious private mining companies, showing beginnings new era, that is based on more generalized regular which not limited Earth's vicinity. However, cost launching sufficient mass into orbit sustain these inspiring challenges prohibitive, necessary infrastructures support missions still lacking. To provide easy affordable orbital deep destinations, there need create network spaceports via specific waypoint locations coupled use natural resources, or In Situ Resource Utilization (ISRU), economical solution. As part International Space University Studies Program 2012, international intercultural team Operations Service Infrastructure for (OASIS) proposes an interdisciplinary answer problem transportation. This paper presents summary detailed report [1] different phases project developing throughout Solar System timeframe 50 years. requirements, functions, critical technologies mission architecture this are outlined roadmap important steps phases. economic financial aspects emphasized order allow sustainable development public-private partnership formation Spaceport Authority (ISPA). approach includes engineering, scientific, financial, legal, policy, societal aspects. Team OASIS intends guidelines make transportation logistics feasible, believes pioneering effort will revolutionize exploration, science commerce, ultimately contributing permanently expand humanity space.
