摘要: The present paper describes a simple, selective and sensitive kinetic method for the determination of trace amounts molybdenum(VI) based on its inhibitory effect reaction oxidation 4-hydroxycoumarine by KMnO4 in presence hydrochloric acid, at pH 1.75 25°C. rate indicator was followed spectrophotometrically measuring decrease absorbance 525 nm. development includes optimization reagent concentration temperature. calibration graph linear range concentrations from 20 to 200 ng/cm3 molybdenum(VI). probable relative error interval 3.10 - 10.52% molybdenum(VI), respectively. interference effects foreign ions were determined assess selectivity method. developed found have relatively good selectivity, sensitivity, simplicity rapidity. proposed applied particular type steel alloy (hastelloy).
