摘要: Background Neurosurgeons devoted to bypass neurosurgery or revascularization are becoming scarcer. From a practical point of view, "bypass neurosurgeons" anastomosis makers, vessels technicians, and time-racing repairers vessel walls. This requires understanding the key features hidden tricks surgery. The goal this paper is provide simple inexpensive for taming art neurosurgery. Most these materials described can be borrowed, donated, purchased inexpensively. Methods We performed review relevant training recorded videos procedures 3 years between June 2014 July 2017. In total, 1,300 were performed, which 200 chosen paper. Results A laboratory required enable neurosurgeon develop necessary skills. important skills gained through meticulous practice as reflexes coordination, speed, agility, flexibility, reaction time. Bypassing synchronization surgeon's gross movements, fine motoric skills, mental strength. suturing rhythm must timed in brain-body-hand fashion. Conclusion Bypass-training critical part neurosurgical not selected few. Diligent every tame surgery, well uncountable hours training. neurosurgery, quality time goes hand hand.
