摘要: Islands have traditionally been the centre of evolutionary biological research, but dynamics immigration and differentiation at continental islands not well studied. Therefore, we focused on Japanese archipelago, located eastern end Eurasian continent. While archipelago is characterised by high biodiversity rich freshwater habitats, origin formation mechanisms its organisms are clear. In order to clarify history planorbid gastropod fauna, conducted phylogenetic analysis, divergence time estimation, ancestral state reconstruction, lineage diversity estimations. Our analyses revealed process fauna in archipelago. Most lineages closely related continent, within presumably occurred after late Pliocene. addition, each different phylogeographical patterns, suggesting that routes from continent differ among lineages. Furthermore, a regional plot showed present potentially reflects development Although additional taxon sampling genetic analysis needed, our results suggest multiple just prior subsequent diversification major causes present-day fauna.
