摘要: Purpose One of the most important function stromal derived factor-1 (SDF-1) and its receptors, is regulating process metastasis formation. The aim our study was to investigate correlation between SDF-1, CXCR4 CXCR7 protein levels measured by immunohistochemistry with clinicopathological features survival endometrial cancer patients. Materials Methods 92 patients aged 37–84 (mean 65.1±9.5) were enrolled January 2000 December 2007. After diagnosis cancer, all women underwent total abdominal hysterectomy, bilateral salpingoophorectomy pelvic lymph node dissection. In clinical stage (according FIGO classification), histologic grade, myometrial invasion, distant metastases determined.Furthermore, time assessed. Immunohistochemical analyses performed on archive formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections. Results Statistically significant correlations (p 0.05) proteins expression in primary tumor cells features. Moreover, Kaplan-Meier demonstrated a stepwise impairment overall (OS) increasing SDF-1 expression. Conclusion The role as predictor negative characteristics atumor suggests that this factor should be included panel accessory pathomorphological tests could helpful establishing more accurate prognosis patients.
