摘要: The invention relates to new reactive mesogenic benzodithiophene derivatives, their use as semiconductors or charge transport materials, in optical, electro-optical electronic devices like for example liquid crystal displays, optical films, organic field effect transistors (FET OFET) thin film transistor displays and integrated circuit such RFID tags, electroluminescent flat panel photovoltaic sensor devices, a transistor, light emitting device ID tag comprising the benzodithiophenes.
