摘要: The aim of this paper is to outline the real indications for fetal magnetic resonance imaging (FMRI) based on current clinical and scientific evidence determine where it fits into prenatal diagnostic protocols. We also consider most commonly used FMRI protocols take stock safety aspects examination. This result work Fetal Magnetic Resonance (FMR) Study Group Italian Society Medical Radiology (SIRM) in cooperation with Ultrasound Obstetrics Gynaecology (SIEOG). It has been reviewed approved by Association Neuroradiology (AINR). As undergoing continuous development, its role are likely change over time, agreement other bodies involved drafting document propose subsequent modifications when new suggest need.
