摘要: Introduction Robotic surgery has been increasingly used in fashioning various surgical anastomoses. Our aim was to collect and analyze outcomes related anastomoses performed using a robotic approach compare them with those done laparoscopic or open approaches through meta-analysis. Methods A systematic review conducted for articles comparing and/or operations (colectomy, low anterior resection, gastrectomy, Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB), pancreaticoduodenectomy, radical cystectomy, pyeloplasty, prostatectomy, renal transplant) published up June 2019 searching Medline, Scopus, Google Scholar, Clinical Trials the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials. Studies containing information about hand-sewn were included stapled without relevant anastomotic technique excluded. We also excluded studies which extracorporeally operations. Results 83 referring aforementioned (4 randomized controlled 79 non-randomized, 10 prospective 69 retrospective) apart from colectomy resection. Anastomoses instruments provided similar results regards leak stricture. However, there lower rates stenosis than RYGB (p=0.01) prostatectomy (p<0.00001). Moreover, all needed more time be rather transplant (p≤0.001). Conclusion provide equal ones most operations, few notable exceptions.
