摘要: We study the nonlinear dynamics of modulated waves in a birefringent fiber. show that, analogy with scalar case that is described by Schrodinger equation, close correspondence may exist between unstable behavior two coupled periodic and simple phase-space description an equivalent oscillator associated truncated Fourier expansion fields. The regular motion along these one-dimensional trajectories break up into disordered spatio-temporal patterns.
