摘要: More highway agencies are increasingly using a combination of performance indices into routine evaluation pavements. This paper presents novel pavement methodology Extension Theory, which is type knowledge system based on the concepts matter-elements and extension sets. In order to assess current condition funding priority pavements, three commonly concerned data: surface distress, roughness structural testing data studied in analysis. provides unique approach balancing weights importance among criteria, at same time, revealing quantitative interactions criteria. With from Long Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) database, case studies carried out sections evaluated. Based comparisons between results derived this originated two currently used approaches adopted by agencies, theory satisfactory robust tool performance.
