摘要: Abstract This paper reports findings from a study on the recollections of two Finnish siblings who were children during Second World War; they separated their families and transported to live with Swedish families. The data collected in form open autobiographical interviews these participants. They offer an oral history that provides insight into traumatic historical era history. Special attention is paid siblings’ individual experiences multiple separations living foreign country new family. results indicate participants’ childhood differed each other, despite similar situations childhood. highlights fact events, personal need be identified rather than stereotyped.
