Knowledge management: The Czech situation and approach

摘要: Recently, knowledge management (KM) has become a very popular business concept. Unfortunately, there are still problems connected with the incorporation of KM into particular organisations in Czech Republic (CR).These can be identified at all levels, which supranational level, national organisational level and level.Examples an lack utilizable methodologies implementation CR that described sufficient details, different perception by people, where is mostly substituted information technologies, etc. As reaction to some this contribution, new methodology KM implementation was developed Faculty of Informatics Management University Hradec Kralove.
