摘要: Free radical copolymerizations of styrene and MMA were performed in toluene DMF as solvents using different peroxide initiators with without microwave irradiation. A general trend showed significant solvent dependence monomer conversion rate only for initiated by tent-butyl perbenzoate compared to but nearly no impact dicumyl dibenzoyl peroxide. Significant variations copolymer composition not observed reactions under conventional heating It was concluded that enhanced initiator decomposition irradiation accelerate polymerization formation larger amount radicals.
