摘要: Commercial bedding plant production in northern latitudes often begins late winter and continues through spring, when average outdoor temperatures require growers to actively heat their greenhouses (GHs). High tunnels (HTs) offer energy savings as they are passively heated cooled structures that have a low initial cost. As result, been used advance extend the growing season improve quality of high-value horticultural crops. However, there is limited published information on plants HTs latitudes. Our objectives were quantify effects transplant date use row cover HT compared traditional GH growth morphology three cold-tolerant species.
