摘要: Abstract Evidence for a metabolically active plasma-free platelet system is presented. Glycogenolysis was found to be potent pathway lactate production. Aerobic glycolysis constituted major fraction of glucose metabolized. Both insulin and cyanide increased production in the presence glucose. The Krebs cycle appeared operative ATP synthesis when citrate used as substrate. first stages gluconeogenesis were noted present. Glucose uptake contributed production. Thrombin, epinephrine, ADP resulted agglutination contraction glycogenolysis (phosphorylase activity). Epinephrine more activator phosphorylase, resulting 70% increase 6-phosphate levels. Thrombin epinephrine both decreased ADP. Except incubations with remained constant under conditions which flux 3-fold 2-fold. Thrombin, levels or absence
