摘要: Artificial insemination (AI) is one of the first reproductive biotechnologies has been established and developed in pig production system. In most case, liquid stored semen or fresh used for AI commercial swine herds (Wagner Thibier, 2000). The use FT boar limited due to low fertility outcomes compared extended (Johnson et al., 2000; Wagner success cryopreservation was reported 1956 (Polge, 1956) pregnancy achieved with using surgical 1970 1970). Currently, attempt develop technique ongoing. Nevertheless, relatively variable because factors responsible cryosurvival spermatozoa have not entirely elucidated.
