摘要: We report the generation and comparative analysis of genome-wide chromatin state maps, PPARγ CTCF localization gene expression profiles from murine human models adipogenesis. The data provide high-resolution views remodeling during cellular differentiation allow identification thousands putative preadipocyte- adipocyte-specific cis-regulatory elements based on dynamic signatures. find that specific locations most such differ between two models, including at orthologous loci with similar patterns. Based sequence reporter assays, we show these differences are determined, in part, by evolutionary turnover transcription factor motifs genome sequences this may be facilitated presence multiple distal regulatory adipogenesis-dependent loci. also utilize close relationship open marks to identify validate PLZF SRF as regulators
