摘要: We report the generation and comparative analysis of genome-wide chromatin state maps, PPARγ CTCF localization gene expression profiles from murine human models adipogenesis. The data provide high-resolution views remodeling during cellular differentiation allow identification thousands putative preadipocyte- adipocyte-specific cis-regulatory elements based on dynamic signatures. find that specific locations most such differ between two models, including at orthologous loci with similar patterns.
