Label-free Raman observation of cytochrome c dynamics during apoptosis

摘要: We performed label-free observation of molecular dynamics in apoptotic cells by Raman microscopy. Dynamic changes cytochrome c distribution at the band 750 cm-1 were observed after adding an apoptosis inducer to cells. The comparison mitochondria fluorescence images and confirmed that can be distinguished as release from mitochondria. Our also revealed redox state was maintained during Monitoring mitochondrial membrane potential with JC-1 dye associated apoptosis.
