摘要: The micro-Brillouin scattering spectroscopy (MBSS) has been achieved by the combination of a tandem multipass Fabry-Perot interferometer and an optical microscope to probe gigahertz terahertz dynamics focusing on selected microscopic area or very small crystal. It gives new insights into fundamental physics variety vibration, relaxation processes elementary excitations related instability structural phase transitions, especially ferroic transitions. In mechanism ferroelectric important problems are still unsolved such as coexistence/crossover displacive order-disorder dynamics, precursor phenomena polar regions at nanometer scale, etc. This review highlights recent progress observation understanding high frequency for typical normal relaxor ferroelectrics.
