摘要: Science policy is a systematic effort for promoting and directing the development of science. But it possible to plan control science at all? Is rational possible? Are attempts guide harmful autonomy science? While questions like these continue be heatedly disputed, natural inquire whether recent discussion about models scientific change within philosophy can throw any light upon them.1 This chapter deals with some aspects this problem by giving special attention ‘finalization thesis’ Bohme, van den Daele, Krohn.
