摘要: Thirty-three evaluable patients with advanced gastric adenocarcinoma were treated a combination of 5-fluorouracil, adriamycin, and mitomycin C (FAM). Two complete five partial remissions (21% response rate) observed. The overall median survival all 33 was 5.9 months. Responding had significantly better than the non-responders (P<0.02). Analysis results according to sex, pretreatment performance status, histologic differentiation tumor failed demonstrate that any these factors influenced therapeutic results. low rate FAM found in this study might be related fact majority (85%) primary not been resected. side-effects regimen moderate. Taking into account moderate myelotoxicity observed, more intensive use three drugs is suggested.
