摘要: Abstract: A model of passing-overtaking maneuvers in terms total traffic volume and percent rickshaws is presented this paper; the applicable to undivided urban streets with relatively high proportion rickshaws. Effects non-motorized on are also presented. The results suggest that have an adverse effect maneuvers. This paper has attempted provide a classification Level Service (LOS) for heterogeneous composition areas. In study LOS firstly defined six standard groups, such as levels A, B, C, D, E, F. operating characteristics considered define level service are: number passings -over takings (no/hr/20m) average speed passenger cars (km/hr). Based observed data classified into four groups from road users point view, namely I (Free-flow condition), II (Partial-constraint flow III (Constraint IV (Congested-flow condition). evolved will help identify deficiencies system plan alternative improvement measures attain desired service.
