摘要: A method of isolating and concentrating monospecific antibody from multispecific HL–A antiserum by adsorption with elution platelets is described. One unit containing approximately 1 × 1011 sufficient to absorb one (300 ml) serum low titer. Antibodies directed against antigens determined at separate loci are readily separated appropriately selected platelets, whereas specificities the same locus usually not separable. Successful an present in duospecific antisera depends only upon presence a particular antigen on used for but also absence any group which cross-reacts second specificity.
