摘要: Abstract The effect of immunosympathectomy (IMS) on the tissue distribution monoamines in rats was studied by fluorescence microscopy. Most nerve cells highly atrophic superior cervical and stellate ganglia IMS developed green to yellow-green typical noradrenaline, while a few lacked fluorescence. Peripheral effector organs innervated these (iris, submaxillary gland, heart, skeletal muscle, vessels) showed complete loss fluorescent axons terminals after IMS. By contrast, adrenergic ne resistant were found e.g. vas deferens. Essentially normal observed hypothalamus adrenal medulla. Cells exhibiting yellow serotonin increased number intestine compared controls.
