摘要: This study focused on the capability of two silty soils (tills) having low clay contents and CEC to retain release heavy metals, Pb Cu. Samples non contaminated till deposits from Eastern Townships region Quebec, Canada, were artificially with concentrated solutions these metals. The latter later extracted various geochemical phases by using sequential extraction procedure. results show that may have a relatively high metal retention capacity due presence carbonate this can be comparable in magnitude certain clayey soils. is particularly positive context municipal waste disposal (landfills) where some old sanitary landfill sites are underlain deposits.
