Evaluation Champions: A Literature Review

摘要: Background: Numerous studies call for the identification and engagement of evaluation champions in implementation an initiative. However, no agreed definition champion exists extant literature. Published on are limited motivations not well understood. Understanding how interact with their colleagues to generate momentum change is lacking. Purpose: This article explores organizational settings highlights need increased understanding champions. The research question posed is, ‘What does literature tell us about settings?’ Setting: Not Applicable. Intervention: Applicable. Research Design: Relevant articles were identified through systematic searches selected databases reference reviews retrieved from development bodies evidence. Theories that could assist role also drawn upon. Data Collection Analysis: Applicable. Findings: analysis indicates evaluators organizations value because they work bring evaluative thinking into practice positively promote among colleagues.
