摘要: Abstract A new keto carotenoid was isolated from goldfish ( Carssius auratus ) which shown to be a 3-hydtoxy-3',4'-diketo-α-carotene. The name α-doradecin is proposed for the compound and doradexanthin esterified carotenoid, or mono compound. carotenoids β-carotene, letein, α-doradecin, β-doradecin (3-hydroxy-3',4'-diketo-β-carotene) astacin were extracts of goldfish. With exception β-carotene all occurred in form esters. It suggested that synthesized lutein via α- β-doradexanthin by oxidation β-ionone ring, isomerization α-ionone its subsequent oxidation.
