摘要: Capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducers (CMUTs) have great potential to compete with traditional piezoelectric in therapeutic ultrasound applications. In this paper we designed, fabricated and developed an acoustic lens formed on the CMUT mechanically focus ultrasound.
