摘要: Digital library database resources have a significant impact on stimulating the research culture in higher education. The use of digital databases makes it possible to understand intellectual growth, productivity, planning and identification user information needs. Evaluating effectiveness resource utilization research, purpose this study is assist management developing an excellent academic policy.,This establishes quantitative method analyze productivity using databases. secondary data extracted from 52 universities provided by Higher Education Commission (HEC) literature published Institute Scientific Information (ISI) Web Science. statistical technique simple linear regression was used for understanding independent variables “digital databases” dependent variable “research productivity”.,The result coefficient multiple determination, R-squared, R2 0.679, indicated 67 per cent predictor outcome variable. However, standardized Beta 0.824 revealed 82 individual Overall, showed effect Besides, correlation strength association between publication (p < 0.005).,This work supportive tool managing gaps promoting development necessary measures develop strategies solutions create better environment. ultimate standard can foster innovative ideas improve researchers’ cognitive abilities.,From Pakistan’s point view, first one that gives insight into growth young researchers provides first-hand their research.
