摘要: One of the stylized facts in developing countries is wide variation agricultural per-acre input and output levels across farm households. Here we focus on level chemical fertilizer applied, particular to high-yielding wheat. The model used explain farms incorporates process by which 'zeros' are generated, differentiating between households who do not apply because 'lack access' those out choice. We find that access positively correlated with size but that, among users, decrease size. interpret latter appealing choice under uncertainty. With this interpretation, our results suggest although larger have a higher non-stochastic wealth which, presence decreasing absolute risk aversion, has effect increasing intensity size, relative aversion means net relationship negative. This affect appears dominate any tendancy for arising from better knowledge or irrigation facilities.
