摘要: The selection of drugs to prevent the development pathology in cerebral infarction remains an important problem. For effective from among a large number possible candidates, widely-used test screening techniques are sufficient for obtaining good understanding candidate drug effects. effects various on survival time mice made hypoxic by exposure 4% O2-96% N2 gas have been examined. 110 control animals was 170 +/- 6 s, showing nearly normal distribution pattern. No mouse had beyond 8 min. after were administered as follows: suloctidil (12.5 mg/kg, n = 11), 1833 487 s; vitamin E (200 15), 1160 342 pentobarbital (50 12), 602 74 and phenytoin (100 10), 2667 452 s. In contrast, administration C, coenzyme Q, cytochrome c, beta-methasone, mannitol or germanium-132 did not result prolongation time. Comparison percentage each group which survived more than 1 h showed 0% group, 45.5% mg/kg), 23.5% mg/kg) 70% mg/kg). These findings suggest that is most combatting hypoxia (survival expressed mean SE).
