摘要: A general model has been developed for analyzing the removal of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by photocatalytic oxidation (PCO) reactors, taking into consideration (surface) reaction and con- vective mass transfer coefficients including allowance their spatial depend- ence. On this basis, a novel insight VOC performance PCO reactors is presented. The key parameter evaluating reactor number unit (NTUm), which shown to be simple linear product three dimensionless parameters: ratio area cross-sectional flow channel (A*), Stanton (Stm), effectiveness (g). A* represents geometric structural characteristic reactor. Stm shows synergistic degree alignment between fluid fields, reflects convective rate g, describes relative intensity rate. By using relationship parameters, influence various factors on performance, bottleneck improving design can determined. Three examples are used illustrate application our proposed model. It found that honeycomb type reactor, while light-in-tube With six fins fractional conversion increases about 70% one without any fins.
