摘要: Method and apparatus for sorting desired pieces of material from undesired present in mixtures thereof. A piece a mixture materials is irradiated with plurality wavelengths near-infrared radiation. The absorptions by the radiation energy measured at wavelengths. are sequentially compared to successive series predetermined different absorption criteria order, which distinguish material. If fails any one criterion, it rejected, whereas if passes all criteria, accepted as piece.
