摘要: The kelp Saccharina japonica is one of the most important mariculture species in China. To predict growth and provide a component for general multitrophic ecosystem model, dynamic individual model was developed to evaluate environmental effects on growth. This calibrated validated using data from 2 annual cycles (2008−2009, 2011−2012) Sanggou Bay, Gross S. described as functions temperature, light nutrient contents plant tissues (internal nutrients), nitrogen (N) phosphorus (P) seawater. Net defined gross minus respiration. simulation results showed that nutrients were key limiting factor throughout cycle, whereas both temperature only limited during days 60−120, i.e. 1 January end February. Scenario simulations fertilizing with could improve by much 4.4 times. also predicted dry weight would increase 18% when lifting culture ropes up surface. Sensitivity analysis indicates empirical coefficient respiration (r), maximum rate (μmax) minimum internal quota (Nimin) among sensitive parameters. shows introduction methods such cage culture, which allows more effective fertilization depth control, result farming.
