摘要: Cardiac surgery and cardiopulmonary bypass initiate a systemic inflammatory response largely determined by blood contact with foreign surfaces the activation of complement. It is generally accepted that initiates whole-body reaction varies, but persistence any degree inflammation may be considered potentially harmful to cardiac patient. The development strategies control following currently focus considerable research efforts. Diverse techniques including maintenance hemodynamic stability, minimization exposure circuitry, pharmacologic immunomodulatory agents have been examined in clinical studies. This chapter provides brief overview various therapeutic being used modulate initiated bypass.
