摘要: • In preparing for the 10th revision of International Classification Diseases (ICD-10) , Division Mental Health World Organization organized an international field trial to help evaluate draft clinical descriptions and diagnostic guidelines that were produced facilitate use chapter dealing with mental behavioral disorders. While interrater reliability satisfactory categories, some (for example, those personality disorders) somewhat difficult assignment lower. demonstrated ICD-10 disorders on whole suitable general use.
