摘要: Biogenic amines are interesting compounds which may be of use for medical diagnosis or therapeutic monitoring. The present paper deals with the problems that occur concentration determination dimethylamine (DMA) and trimethylamine (TMA). These in breath people suffering from renal disease. measurement trace concentrations requires application suitable analytical methods during sampling, storage preconcentration. This is particularly so due to their polar basic properties. In this paper, solid phase microextraction (SPME) thermal desorption (TD) subsequent by GC-MS discussed. For DMA, preconcentration SPME did not give satisfactory results. TMA analysed using an LOD 1.5 ppb. Thermal Tenax as adsorbing material allows reliable (LOD = 0.5 ppb) DMA 4.6 ppb). cannot stored reliably Tedlar bags longer on (with TD) does good repeatability TMA, can done bags, best results latter being achieved Flex Foil bags.
